Keri knows what it means to grow up with limited resources and a heart full of hope. As a mother, sister, and survivor, she has turned her challenges into inspiration. Keri a Wish is more than a foundation- it's a reflection of her belief that magic can be found in the simplest things: a cupcake, a smile, a moment of being told "You Matter"

Wishy was raised in a childhood of chaos, which grew into battles with infertility and postpartum depression; she learned how powerful finding a community and those little moments of joy can be. Now she's building the village she once needed- Bringing magical celebrations to kids in crisis and support to caregivers who show up, even when it's hard.

Brian is the middle of three brothers, raised by a hardworking single mom in a home marked by an absent father. With limited resources, birthdays were never a big deal- just another day. That experience stuck with him, not in resentment, but as a quiet promise to do better for others. Now, as a board member for Keri A Wish, Brian is driven by the belief that every child deserves to feel celebrated.

Mariah is a twin, which means from day one, she’s shared everything- including her birthday. Growing up, she was raised by a single mother doing her best to make ends meet. With limited resources, birthdays weren’t always filled with presents or parties, but they were always full of love. It wasn’t until she got older that she began to experience just how magical a birthday could be. That contrast between the birthdays she missed and the ones she came to cherish fuels her passion for making every child feel special, seen, and celebrated.

Growing up, Katelyn understood what it was like when ends didn’t always meet. Yet, even during those challenging times, her dad managed to pull together birthday parties that she remembers as pure magic. Now, Katelyn is passionate about spreading that same magic and light to children who need it most. As a mother, Katelyn knows firsthand the importance of having a village. Finding the amazing team at Keri a Wish has been life-changing for her. Being able to offer comfort, support, and joy to both parents and children is not only meaningful work it’s truly her passion.
